The title says it all really. The guide is split into 6 parts and is accompanied by a quick reference guide, to ease navigation in tension-filled moments. For medical emergencies there is a military-grade first-aid hard pack, and when all hope is lost there is a "last request cigarette" and a miniature bottle of "last resort brandy". The entire package fits neatly into a munitions-grade (fireproof and waterproof) carry case in order to endure the worst disasters. The original intention was to include a knife too, only our tutors wouldn't let us!
